This cassette copy sounds decent. It has some light surface noise that you can barely hear. Since this does have a cassette in the lineage I wouldn't consider this a definitive version.
If you like Croce and haven't heard this show yet, then this would be a good copy to start with. There is 1 skip that I noticed during track 7 @ 1:54. Both musicians died on Sept. 20, 1973. Such a great talent, which left us way too soon at the age of 30 and 24.
