Comments:
Nice CD displaying the complete version of this show. Yes, Won't Get Fooled Again is complete with a good final!! The sound quality is certainly better compared with the Final Stage With Keith (CD) (TR014 Tristar). The medley of My Generation is wonderful. The spine of the cardboard sleeve states PORYDOL POCP- 2000. (*reverse the R and the L and you have "Polydor") The number on the CD itself is 12151977 (both on the disc and printed on the front of the disc).

Peter Wolf's Master Reel 3 3/4ips 1/4 track --> Maxell UD35-90 7 1/2ips 1/4 track (Revox B77) --> Tascam CD-RW2000 --> EAC --> CDWAV --> FLAC

Here's a real gem from the lost archives. If you are reading this you know what a powerhouse this band is live...no different here. This seems to be before the original songs when the band cut their teeth on blues covers much like Fleetwood Mac.

This is an excellent recording of an awesome performance. Anyone who loves rock bands playin the blues should have this. Let me now thank hezekiahx2 at Dime for these files...you are a saint.

09 - The Number Of The Beast (4:47)
10 - Hallowed Be Thy Name (7:34)
11 - Sanctuary (6:15)

Time: 64:14

Notes:
This is my remaster of version 2 of this great show.
This is the most complete FM broadcast (no DJ talking).

Version 2 (time: 71:57 - includes two bonus tracks by Urchin) has The Trooper (fades in) and Dream Of Mirrors (fades out) at the end.
I placed these tracks at the correct spot (after Blood Brothers). The transitions had to be adjusted of course.
By remastering it I gave the overall sound some more punch.
The bass and vocals are now better represented in the mix. I also raised the volume a bit.

There is a bootleg titled 'Our Time Has Come' which also has the correct track order. But there the volume is lower than in version 2, the sound isn't as good and there are some errors.

Running time: 65:02 min

Notes:
An early US show by Sabbath. They play a lot off 'Paranoid' which was, at that point, unreleased. Interestingly, considering how often various Sabbath members have stated that they started out inspired to make 'scary music' becuase people went to see scary movies, Ozzy introduces 'Black Sabbath' as 'the main feature track' of their first album. Sound quality is good - nothing amazing, but considering it's a 38-year-old audience recording you can't complain. Really, you can't. ;)

Frank Zappa & The Mothers - The Fillmore 1970 Tapes (SBD/FLAC)

(Soundboard FLAC)

REMASTERING NOTES:
All 3 discs have been re-equalized and volume fluctuations smoothed over. There was no NR or compression done to these recordings.
Disc 1 has a tape flip during Track 07 that has been smoothed over.
Disc 1 has an unknown fill during the "bull*censored* chant" at the end of Track 10.
Disc 1 originally had clicks between tracks. These have been removed.
Disc 2 crudely switches sources during Track 13. The original lineage doesn't explain this. This section has been remastered and smoothed over to better fit in with the rest of the show.

For the first time, this show will circulate with known lineage information. This is a different version from what has previously circulated - It is a different rip, slightly different length, but doesn't sound any different. An old friend of ours has retired from the game and donated his collection to the Tool Drive. Look for more upgrades and 'new' recordings in the near future.

Cracked Actor is a 53-minute-long BBC television documentary film about the pop star David Bowie. It was filmed in 1974. At the time he was a cocaine addict and the documentary has become notorious for showing Bowie's fragile mental state during this period. It was made by Alan Yentob for the BBC's Omnibus documentary strand, and was first shown, on BBC2 in the UK, on 26 January 1975.

The documentary depicts Bowie on tour in Los Angeles, using a mixture of documentary sequences filmed in limousines and hotels, and concert footage. Most of the concert footage was taken from a show at the Los Angeles Universal Amphitheatre on 2 September 1974. There were also excerpts from D.A. Pennebaker's concert film Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars, which had been shot at London's Hammersmith Odeon on 3 July 1973, as well as a few other performances from the tour. 'Cracked Actor' is notable for being one of the only sources for footage of Bowie's ambitious Diamond Dogs tour.

The title of the documentary was originally to be The Collector, after a comment that Bowie had made to interviewer Russell Harty the previous year, whereby he described himself as "a collector of accents". Yentob and his team were given the task of documenting Bowie's famous Diamond Dogs tour, which was already underway when they started filming. Locations for the documentary mainly centred around Hollywood and Los Angeles, but there was also concert footage taken from Philadelphia. A number of performances from the tour were shown, including songs such as "Space Oddity", "Cracked Actor", "Sweet Things/Candidate", "Moonage Daydream", "The Width of a Circle", "Aladdin Sane", "Time", "Diamond Dogs" and "John, I'm Only Dancing (Again)".

At present, the documentary remains unreleased officially.

Notes from Lost In the Flood:

US-only promotional release. A-side contains album selections from "The Ghost Of Tom Joad" interspersed with segments from an interview with Bob Costas; B-side includes a total of ten live tracks taped at the Tower Theater in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania on December 8/9, 1995 (five of which were never made available in commercial form). Black-and-white picture inlay card. Very rare.

This is a VERY RARE tape, many bootleggers have been searching for many years, and finally, thanks to SITGES, has seen the light!! This audio contains some songs that were then used for the original singles of the period, therefore, before uploading, i asked permission to Claudio. I hope to have done the right thing to enrich your collections with a jewel!!

These are fantastic boxes. The only thing wrong is that there should be more of them - only three tracks after 1969. Essential for Elvis fans. I think I posted these some years ago. There are lots of new faces here since then so they're worth putting back on the tracker. New scans for Box 4 as I couldn't find any and I don't think I ever got around to them. Boxes 1-3 are the original scans I did way back when. Completely new rip.

Notes From Elvis On CD

The first of a series of four wonderful boxsets in an outstanding sound quality. Including a full color, 12 page booklet with pictures and recording session details. Most tracks are previously released on other imports , but for someone who wasn't able to get a hold of these cds, this is a very welcome set. Besides it's a limited edition, only 1000 editions were manufactured!
