concert-info: The Waterboys came over to Germany for just one gig to present their new record „Modern Blues“. That came over mostly very fine, only sometimes it sounded to me as music for men with big beer stomaches. Mike Scott and his band played a nice, but solid gig in this -for me unknown concert-hall. It was really cold inside, the stage was very big, but this hall does not have any atmosphere at all, just four walls on a stone-ground with one bar on each side, toilets and that stage. Boring!! So, my last visit to the Waterboys in the same town, but much better „Gloria“-theatre is the one I prefer!!
Anyway, it's worth grabbing it, the sound is quiet good!!!
Including Cover-Artwork! (will seed the back-cover again with the tracks as sonn as I got it!!)
