Editing by plaz:
- manually de-crackled entire recording
- removed digital null-blocks and repaired several minor dropouts
- balanced channels (left +0.6 dB) to centre stereo image
- reduced gain of announcer (tracks 1 and 7) by 4dB, boosted gain of track 5's bass solo by 2dB
- added digital silence lead-in (4s) and lead-out at beginning and end of disc
- quantized track markers for standard CD audio
- no noise reduction, no EQ, no SBEs
