Officially, this is a soundboard, but there was a PRE-FM Westwood One recording of this show circulating and I'm 90% sure this is the source used. So lineage is something like Westwood One CD > Flac > Audition > Flac. This was an almost perfect recording. Bass was a little high, and guitars were buried way down in the mix. I have used EQ to combat the former, and a combination of EQ and compressor to rectify the latter. I've also applied some gentle widening, to give more of a genuine live feel to things. The show itself is fab. In absence of an official album from their legendary Final Countdown tour, this is as near as we'll get. It's a crackin' set full of energy, guitars, gloriously 80's synths, and... random barber-shop renditions of 'Dreamer.' Oh yeah, can't forget the random lady on the telephone before 'Rock The Night' telling the boys to quiet down - you'll understand when you listen to it. A Demoominizer Remaster"
