"The recording is said to be a soundboard. I don't believe in this. Wolf said that he has completely muted the broadcast transmission carrier signal @ 15.5 kHz, which has been present througout the whole recording. Although this signal might have had other reasons, its presence strongly points to this recording being a FM instead of a soundboard."
