All I can say is FUCKING WOW!! What a wonderful show by the Lucinda Williams - Blake Mills duo. Sans a drum kit, this acoustic electric show was one of the best I've seen by Lucinda, and I've seen her plenty. The mix was perfect, and the room acoustics were pristine. Lu even commented several times on the beautiful sounding room. We were also pleasently surprised by Doug Pettibone on the last 2 songs. I'm not sure if this was planned and is gonna be a regular thing on this tour, but Lucinda clearly appreciated being in what she called "guitar heaven". The crowd was respectful and enthusiastic. The only flaw in this is an often loud clapper seated nearby, but only between songs and IMHO doesn't detract from the experience at all. Turn it UP!!
