Comments:
Originally brought to Dime by "tidwell" in October 2009, this is the last soundboard I'm aware of that Wilco allowed an audience member to patch out of the monitor. There are many recordings being offered for sale by the band through the "Roadcase" series on their web site, and of course Wilco remains one of the most taper-friendly of the big-name bands on tour today, but this marks the end of them making boards freely available to anyone who asked.

This was a good tour for Wilco fans. Though "Wilco (The Album)" was kind of a slow burn for me (the way most Wilco albums were), I've come to really appreciate a lot of the material on there; songs like "Bull Black Nova" and "Sonny Feeling" translate well to a live setting. The setlist features a good mix of their early material with their previous two discs. If you haven't heard a live Wilco recording and are curious because of their critical accolades, this is as good a place as any to start. Jeff is his typical funny, self-deprecating self while bantering between songs.
