Notes:
Here's the complete show from these two sources. The Westwood One 'raw' master was uploaded in 2011 and was a real dog's breakfast. It was poorly tracked and had cuts in it, but it's definitely a pre-FM source. I found an excellent FM source on a blog in FLAC, which I used to seamlessly restore the missing bits with Cool Edit Pro 2.1. Details below:
In the Mood - 5 second patch
Black Country Woman - 0.15 second patch
Ship of Fools - 22 second patch
Dimples - 2.35 second patch
Band Introductions - edited together faded and repeated tape
Doesn't seem like much work, but I spent a good 7 hours on this! Other than mixing in the FM patches and fixing SBEs before tracking, I did not manipulate either source. No EQ, no noise reduction, no edits, no fades. There were two small cuts a few seconds apart in the end section of "In the Mood", but I opted to replace that entirely with the FM source as it sounded better. Other than that, the entire pre-FM source was used. Now it plays as one continuous show. And what a show it is!
