This is a different source than the one taken from a french tv broadcast. Back in the ninties I worked with someone who had worked at a cable company. He had a few off-air masters of some shows. He gave me access to some of them, this is one of them. I don't have the previously circulating version of this so I can't say if this is an upgrade or not, I'm sharing it here on the chance that it may be. I will say it's a bit better than what I've seen u/l on Youtube but I understand that that's not  a fair comparison. No "Jimmy" in the upper right but you get a time code bar in the bottom left.
