I was at this show! And I recorded it too - I sat in the balcony though and ended up discarding (or giving away, I dont remember) the tape. I also took pictures of the show, SRV wore a Hugs Not Drugs t-shirt and insted of boots he had on blue converse high tops. His hat had a huge plume.
RispondiEliminaHe brought out a special guitar, like a type of bass guitar, for the solo in Couldn't Stand the Weather. It raised my hair to hear it. I've never heard him play the solo the way he did that that night again.
