That included a great run of shows from March, 74 during Oregon's first tour of Germany. This was also shared by a user named genselfuedel back in the day. Oregon apparently shared a bill in Stuttgart with pianist, and ECM label mate, Paul Bley. There have been shares in the past of Bley's own set here on DIME. It's pretty clear that he sat in with Oregon as their spot was reaching its conclusion. Therefore, you'll hear him guesting on the last 2 tracks.
I got this in a cd-r snail mail trade long ago, and my copy is tracked a bit differently than either rudolff's or genselfuedel's. Somehow, my version contains 2 files of Raven's Wood. The first cuts off during a bass interlude, and the 2nd does not, and is about 4 minutes longer. That 2nd Raven's Wood seems to be from a different source, so I tacked it on as the final file in this share. Not sure why these 2 different versions of that track exist, other than to guess that it came from somewhere and someone else.
As with most of the shows from this 1974 German run, the sound and performances are great, although the 2nd and more complete Raven's Wood doesn't sound quite as good as the shorter version. I did look through the dimebot archive to see if this version with my tracking and the 2 Raven's Woods was here before, but I couldn't find it by date or by location. Therefore, my cd-r trade idea seems to be where and when I picked this up.
