Notes: 
I extracted the LPCM audio from the "My Voice of Sorrows" bootleg DVD, but there were some skips and missing sections in the last 10 minutes, and the last 45 seconds was missing/cut. I made 3 very short patches (4 if you count adding the last 45 seconds on the end) from the recently posted "remastered" DVD, and fixed a few spots where the video and audio skipped on the My Voice of Sorrows DVD. Both of these DVDs sound better than the muddy audio version that circulates, and I thought the My Voice of Sorrows DVD audio sounded much better than the "remastered" DVD audio.
