The Joy Division footage here was compiled fer the unreleased ‘Substance’ video, I received it in a trade as Joy Division "Jukebox, and was probably made long before the "Substance comp. 'Substance' is still unreleased, but pirate copies are floating around…I would think that SUBSTANCE would be a bit better quality wise, Plus it has the interview segment missing from the ‘Something Else’ broadcast…along with the first couple of strands of “Transmission” missing from here, most likely.

Overall, however, the quality here is quite decent. The New Order “Celebration” is really good and the performance far surpasses the mind-numbingly dull Taras Shevchenko video. The So36 footage is good, but black & white(???)…the SAME source is available in COLOR on Youtube…don’t even ASK…I have no idea..(???)
