This is often labeled as 8/5/1977 (as my copy was), but the leading DEVO chroniclers online have re-labled it as 8/3, so I am pretty confident that is the correct date. 

There is an obvious difference difference in the recording quality between the early and late sets, but each is mixed very evenly. I'd say the Late Set is the better quality of the two. The vocals are right up front and every instrument is audible and clear. 

I forgot which magazine I read it in (either SPIN or MOJO), but in a review of must-have Punk bootlegs, the writer said if you NEEDED to have this show. Whether you feel that way or not, there is no denying this is a fantastic example of DEVO at their Punk Rock best, with none of the commercial / New Wave leanings they would later adopt (I don't mean that in a negative way).
