Several years ago, I was fortunate enough to find an original copy of this 'notorious' CD. According to Ronnie Montrose, the people who put this out did not have permission. They even mislabeled the instrumental piece called Town Without Pity as 'Open Fire.' They were threatened with legal action and the producers of the CD backed off. Aside from the wrong title for track 6, it is a very nice recording. Just sharing this very interesting story. Thanks much.
