David had been released from his 5 month prison sentence for narcotics and weapons charges on August 8, 1986. While in prison, Crosby wrote songs and developed screenplays. He also wrote to Stephen Stills, Graham Nash and Neil Young about getting back as a group, the response, he said, had been favorable.
The volume during the 1st set was slightly unbalanced, I raised the right channel +1 db to match the left. The 2nd set was a bit quieter in volume, so i boosted both channels +2 db. and removed some dead space at the end of the final track. I tested the wave files for compression and titled the tracks.
