This is from my private collection of Hard-Media ROIO's from when I owned a record shop. 
This footage was apparently shot by a Metallica roadie who  wanted to try out the equipment before using it for a Metallica show. The soundboard of the show has been dubbed in perfectly. Sound is strong and clear. Single camera, likely on a tripod or mixing desk, over the crowd, about 75 feet from stage. Camera is primarily framing center stage, highlighting Neil with Steve and Duck, sometimes panning back to full stage or actual location.
