The quality is really good. I think it's soundboard. Note the naming of the files - there is not track 1. This is because on my CD, track 1 was Roots Bloody Roots. Instead of renaming all the files, I just renamed file 1 as Track 16 so it's all in order.

This recording (which I a pretty sure is soundboard) comes from this Italian bootleg: Sepultura - Live In Milano though the track listing is slightly incorrect. I re-tracked it but didn't have to improve the sound. Sold A- at least. Plus they played some pretty rare covers (drug me, protest and survive) along with a lot of deep cuts they retired after the Arise tour.

This is a great live representation of Arise. Some of these songs were retired once Chaos and Roots overshadowed (unfortunately) their earlier work. They really start mature on Beneath The Remains, and Arise hones that records technicality with better songs.
