Notes by the taper
I can't even imagine life without Neil Young! What an amazing experience again! Fantastic performance by the best there ever was! The crowd was enthusiastic and their applause was often monumental. I did much work knocking it down to a tolerable level, and much of the ill-timed claps by "late recognizers". I did have some problem a few times with the left channel, where a feint buzz would show up randomly. I took care of this by copying over the perfect right channel where needed. So is occasionally goes to mono, more in the first set toward the end. But this is still a very nice recording of a spectacular event!!

Notes:
I'd describe this as an "enhanced single-cam".  95% of the footage is from my Canon.  I filled in some short gaps between song changes and memory card swaps with youtube footage, most of which was HD.  For past projects I used animated stills, but I think this looks a lot better.  Also it gave me a taste of multicam editing which I'd like to try in the future.  I believe this turned out better than Chicago which had some lighting problems that I had to adjust.  No such issues here,  Also, the crowd around me saw I was filming (outside rail, Edge's side) and gave me a TON of room to move around to different shots as needed.  I thought that was really cool.  I did have to contend with a couple people who thought it was ok to hold signs up and block people's views numerous times throughout the show.

I still can't ever imagine life without Neil Young!! What an amazing experience back to back! Neil was very talkative and funny throughout the show, even in the face of "Mr & Mrs cinnamon Girl" which pissed him off enough to yell a hearty "Fuck You!!" in their direction. The audience was enthusiastic and loud, I did much work knocking the applause down to a very tolerable level, and wiped out ill-timed claps by "late recognizers".

The crowd around me was very respectful, and the Taping Gods were smiling indeed! The only editing done was decreasing the crowd noise between and during a couple songs, otherwise it's raw and pure and rivals any Schoeps recording I have ever heard!
