Notes:
Like many have said, this was a very hard tour to get tickets from. My brother is a huge Cure fan and we were hoping to go to Chicago, Cleveland and Detroit. Was only able to make 2 of them. We had to use secondary market to score some tickets. Left early on Saturday in order to ensure we made it on time. We splurged a little bit in order to get tickets in the front row of the mezzanine and pointed directly at the right stack array. Sound was very good from our seat. I had not seen any of the setlists from the previous shows on this tour. All I knew that it was about a 2h45min set and ends with 'Boys Don't Cry.' Well, Robert being Robert says, "we have 6 minutes and it's Saturday night." They then go in to two of my favorite Cure songs to end the show! Little did I know that 'Killing an Arab' has only been played a handful of times since 1992. Very cool. Cannonball run back to Detroit to get some sleep after the show as we were then off to Cleveland on Sunday.
Well this is another must have. The sound is not perfect but I assure you that it is quite close. THANK YOU SO MUCH Ryan J & Anonymous. THANK YOU SO MUCH RITCNIN (for this and 2023-06-11). THANK YOU SO MUCH EDGE.
