This is an 'fm' from the hard of hearing devices. Has a hum but its listenable. I did the first one at the Wolf Trap Dylan 1991, which is around but Ive never uploaded the master, maybe next time. Had this ready to upload at the EL but I think they may have been hacked. Anyway, I think this is the first time I circulate this item.
