(FM broadcast FLAC)
recorded at Hauptbühne, Willisau (Switzerland) on saturday 28 August 2010
Robert Glasper • pianoforte and electric piano
Alan Hampton • bass
Jamire Williams • drums
playing a few Hancock's tunes has him nevertheless still reminding me of Corea from the middle seventies (RTF era...) - easy to enjoy the flow... Also included in the folder, marked as track00, a radio introduction in ITALIAN with bio notes and commentaries - this intro runs for 4'29", you can skip downloading it if you don't understand italian. I actually trimmed a couple of minutes of unnecessary crowd noises to have this set fit a common CDR with slight over burning.
00-radio introduction by Pino Saulo 4.29
01-G and B 18.58
02-bass solo 4.02
03-I Have A Dream 7.15
04-drums solo 2.53
05-Butterfly 8.46
06-introductions by Glasper 3.09
07-Jelly's Da Beener 11.53
08-Take the A Train 0.37
09-Yes I'm Country and That's OK 11.04
10-short encore improvisation 1.48
11-Body And Soul 10.11
12-radio outro 0.49
running time : 80'37" (without radio intro and outro - so to fit an overburnt CDR)
WITH radio intro and outro, it would be 85'55"
