Notes:
This is an excellent FM recording of one of the first (if not the first) shows of the Mechanics 1999 tour. As always, Carrack and Young give outstanding vocal performances. Being that this is one of the first shows of the tour, occasionally a lyric from one of the new songs is fucked up, but other than that it's a flawless performance. It's also a real highlight to hear the Mechanics perform Sad Cafe's, "Ever Day Hurts", Ace's, "How Long" and the Genesis tune, "I Can't Dance". All-in-all a nice mix of songs, 4 from their new release at the time, M6. May the late, great Paul Young R.I.P. A great talent that is truly missed. He sings his ass off here.
