RispondiEliminaI think that there is a tape speed problem. It's running too fast, and Robert Smith's voice sounds a bit like a young girl doing cover versions of Cure's songs.... I tried with Audocity to correct it and here are somme suggestion:
First, reduce speed by 7%.
Then, if you want to had some EQ, decrease the global level by -3dB.
I used the graphic EQ with :
+3dB from 80 to 160 Hz
-5dB from 400 to 800 Hz
-6dB @ 1.6kHz
It's not the 'ultimate' EQ to increase the quality of this recording( which is actually very good) but it's more ear-friendly this way, I think.
