Notes from source:
As usual, this soundboard tape was mastered with standard normal bias material like TDK D, or Sony HF, without noise reduction. The 2nd gen copy was too fast, it got a pitch down of 65% of a semitone. Audio as received from source. FLAC files renamed according to Milesian protocol;-).

Additional editing (plaz):
- cleaned and reworked several  track transitions
- removed fade out/in at disc change boundary (re-edited for continuous play)
- lightly declicked and decrackled
- repaired audible clicks, pops, crackle and gain fluctuations
- retracked and renamed files
