Notes:
Due to technical keyboard problems only three tracks from the “Green Is The Sea” album could be played in Munich. The band had to change the setlist radically after “A Room Lives In Lucy” as it became clear that “The Fruit Room” could not be played due to the keyboard malfunction. After “The Dust Sailor” the band started playing “The Suffering Of The Stream” but aborted the song after only a few seconds. Simon told the audience that the organ wasn’t working and that they weren’t able to perform the song. After a short discussion on stage AATT decided to play “Slow Pulse Boy” which made its first appearance on the 1992 tour. After “Slow Pulse Boy” Simon said: “We’re supposed to play new songs, but we’re not. It’s random now, we’re just going to enjoy ourselves, ok?” The enthusiastic audience was certainly ok with it and got to hear more old classics like “Shantell” and “Gone… Like The Swallows”. Before “Shantell” Simon referred to the fact that AATT had never played Munich before when he stated “Well, this is the first time we’ve played here so we’ve got an excuse to play old stuff, don’t we?” As there were many old songs in the set Simon jokingly commented on a shout from the audience for “Virus Meadow”: “Yeah, cause this is the album we’re promoting tonight.” Before the band launched into the title track of their second album, Simon thanked the audience for enduring the show. Simon introduced the only encore “Gone… Like The Swallows” with the words “There is one more song we think we can remember how to play” and a nice version of the 1986 classic AATT tune ended a memorable night.
