A reader present comments "I rank this as one of the all-time greatest Bruce concerts (of the 50+ I have attended and I know I’m just a piker on that standard). The audience jumping and dancing caused the gym floor to vibrate and move up and down. The “urban legend” is that this concert caused structural damage to the facility and that this was the last major rock concert to take place in Jadwin gym."

  1. It is not an urban legend. I was there and the floor was moving up and down as much as a foot.
It wasn't, however, the last major rock concert in Jadwin Gym; they had already signed up Boston, who played on November 27th 1978. That was the last such concert in Jadwin.

  2. My first Bruce concert....confirming structural instability
