I have this concert from a different mp3 source. I think the titles given above are incorrect. Here is my concert:

You can see that your posting contains extra tracks for inter-song chat and splits Bluebird into two. Otherwise the song order is the same. It follows that in your posting, T6 should be "A Child's Claim To Fame" and T10 should be "Good Time Boy". In fact T6 is also talk, so T7 is "A Child's Claim.." and T8 is "Nowadays..".
