Lady Friend is actually from 1969, not 67, and it's also not a demo. It's Croz messing around between takes for the first CSN album, as Stills and Nash can clearly be heard off mike., They say he should record it, and Crosby comes back with "I've already made a record of it ".Johnny Rogan confirms this in his fine Timeless Flyte book.
