For those who didn't know John, he was sort of the "godfather" of wireless recording; he had this ALD/IEM stuff figured out in the early 2000's long before anyone else did, and was very gracious about sharing his knowledge with anyone who was interested in learning. Great guy, and due to a variety of health issues he left us too soon (October 2000, if I remember right) but he left his mark on collecting circles. I still miss him and the "surprise" packages that would occasionally show up in the mail that blew my mind.


I don't know what ALD means, but the sound quality here is woeful. The instruments are badly mixed and virtually strangle the vocals. No worth the effort in my book. Regards, Peter. (Sydney).
